The live arts require countless hours of prep for audio mixing, editing, lighting, music & choreography instruction, website/media managing, costuming etc.
We have been fortunate to enhance our sound system (our microphones no longer worked due to changes of radio frequencies in the U.S.) and lighting system. We’ve been able to enhance our set and costumes as well. The shows continue to meet our mission of providing high quality arts performances for the community, and our youth arts camp held annually since 2019 supports our mission to provide educational opportunities for the community. We simply would not grow without our most generous business sponsors, donors, & community!

Callbacks are only TBD after March 29th audition is held. If a callback is determined necessary, individuals will be notified no later than 9pm on March 29th. Callback will be held in am Sunday, March 30th as needed.

AUDITION PREPARATION CHECKLIST:
1. Be the best version of YOU! Wear some makeup or at the least, wash your face;) Put on your best clothes, do your hair, present yourself professionally and how you want us to see you!
2. Come PREPARED & ON TIME! Have your solo ready to PERFORM FOR US, not just sing! And, come with a dancing wardrobe and shoes to change into.
Bring a water bottle (and a snack just in case you are waiting for a while).
3. Do not tell the judges your entire life story. They are there to hear you sing and watch you perform and dance. That’s it!;)
4. Thank the directors/judges after your audition.
5. Bring a resume & headshot if you already have one (always a plus, though not required!) and a calendar of any planned trips/conflicts happening May-August.
6. HAVE FUN! It’s always a learning experience. Be yourself and enjoy the ride!
REHEARSAL & SHOW INFORMATION:
We are looking for individuals who are strong dancer/singer performers able to commit to 6 weeks of triweekly rehearsals starting in May, followed by weekly-biweekly shows for ten weeks starting end of June through August, 2025. WHAT'S THE BUZZ?!...PAE is ECSTATIC to be offering its annual youth arts camp held
for ages 4-12 years! For 4 full days your kid/s (3 DAY OPTION M-W FOR 4-5 YRS.) will explore
many art forms!

VISUAL ARTS
CULINARY ARTS will all be led by our highly experienced artistic team and with the helping
hands of our “youth buddies” (our energetic PAE performers) assigned per age group. At the
end of our final day (Thursday) @ 3:00pm the kids will be able to share their art
work/demonstrations with family and friends. (For our 3 day option 4/5 yrs. campers-we will
simply have projects sent home at the end of Wednesday).
CAMP THEME! Our camp theme this year is SHINE BRIGHT! Exploring all things that
SPARKLE and bring us light! Expressing this theme through all art forms allows us to boost self
esteem and build our inner confidence. Our goal is to facilitate all forms of self expression
through creativity in a most welcoming and safe environment; an environment where we are
compassionate, empathetic and kind in acknowledging each other's emotions and self worth.
WHEN?! M-Th, July 21-24th/8:30am-3:00pm. Please arrive with parent/guardian between
8:00-8:20am on the first day for check in. On days 2-4 days have child/ren dropped off by
8:20am for our daily CHEER so we can start our first group sessions by 8:30am sharp!

4 DAY (4-12 yrs. early bird enrollment)=$350 (before June 1st)
3 DAY (4-5 yrs. ONLY early bird enrollment) OPTION= $250
PRICE increases to $399 after June 22nd for 4 DAY option, and $299 for 3 day 4/5 yrs

Our current venue offers dining before the show as well as show only options. For those wanting to wine and dine before the entertainment, you are able to dine at either of the two resort restaurants-Tiki Bar (spring/summer only) & Back Porch Bistro (reservations highly recommended). Diners will arrive at their dinner reservation time and choose from a pre-fix menu along with wine and spirits from their full service bar. If you opt out of dinner, no worries, our venue has a theater of full service bar, bar seating during the show, or rows of chairs seated as close to the stage as the performers can handle;)
